Rebel Hair Salon

Rebel Hair Salon requires 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments leave gaps in the stylist’s schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. Any cancellations made after the 48 hour cancellation period will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the reserved appointment. No Shows will be charged a fee of 100% and permanently removed from the client list.
The salon does not issue refunds on salon services. However, we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our clients and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure we rectify the situation. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact the salon coordinator within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the stylist that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments indicated.  Thank you for understanding.
